             1.           Knowledge of computers and networking

            2.           Installation and configuration of Desktop, Laptop & Printer

            3.           Trouble shooting of hardware,  software and networking related issues

            4.           Installation and uninstallation of OS, Software’s

            5.           Basic Trouble shooting techniques

            6.           Concepts of Networking

            7.           LAN IP allocation

            8.           LAN related issues

            9.           TCP/IP address

10.         Switch/ Router configuration

11.       Ability to resolve the issues and escalate the issues to Team head

(if unresolved)

12.       Positive attitude towards learning (upgrade of skills) and good communication skills

Salary                                    –           18,000/- to 25,000/- per month
